Lite report

Room booking, Nordby Municipality (fictional)

DKK 300 This is what you get with Lite

One page for management that unfolds to the findings in plain language, with one question for the supplier per finding.

  • Five findings, one of them critical
  • How sure we are about each finding
  • Technical detail at each finding, when you want to see the evidence

A good fit if you want a quick look before you approve a delivery.

Extended report (in Danish)

The Case Portal, Nordby Municipality (fictional)

Subscription This is what you get in a full report

The briefing, and behind it every finding with a question for the supplier, the requirements specification requirement by requirement, and what we looked into and rejected.

  • Seven findings, two of them alerts
  • All 31 requirements held up against the code
  • Looked into and rejected, so nobody has to explain what is not a problem
  • Since last time: what is new, worse, unchanged and fixed

A good fit if an important delivery is coming up, or if you want to follow the system over time.

The two examples are about two different made-up cases. It is the format you compare, not the cases.

How a report is built

Every report follows the same three steps. You read as far as you need.

  • Briefing. A short text for management: headline, level, the most important findings and what we have not looked at. It prints on one page.
  • Explanation. For project leaders and product owners: each finding in plain language, why it matters, how sure we are, and a question for the supplier.
  • Technical detail. For the developer or consultant: where we found it, how, and how it can be checked. The report can be read without it.

The same in both

  • Every finding says how sure we are.
  • Every finding says what could make us wrong.
  • The report says what we have not looked at.
